Paella-ish dinner

Today dinner was something in between fried rice and paella and it turned out to be a really nice improvisation actually 🙂

Ingredients (for 2 very big portions):

  • 6 shrimps
  • 8 mussels
  • 1 tomato
  • 6 flat beans
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 scallion
  • 2 gloves garlic
  • 1 small purple onion
  • 8 champignons
  • 100g pork
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (Sriracha)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt & pepper
  • oil
  • cooked rice
  • pinch chili powder

  1. first fry minced garlic and chopped red onion with a little oil in a pan
  2. add chopped tomato and a little water (50-100 ml)
  3. add chopped flat beans and champignons
  4. add a little salt (as much as you need)
  5. add tomato paste
  6. set everything aside in a seperate bowl
  7. take the same pan add a little oil and fry chopped pork, mussels (without shell) and shrimps
  8. season with salt & pepper, curry powder & chili powder
  9. add cooked rice and cumin powder
  10. add the vegetable bowl with all the sauce in it to the pan
  11. add chili sauce
  12. add chopped scallions
  13. stir until the rice gets a little crunchy and everything is well-mixed

Voilà!
