I just made a creamy smoothie with the following ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 100g physalis
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
- 4 ice cubes
- 100 ml water
(use a sieve to get rid of the physalis-seeds)
If you are getting bored by the taste of normal banana smoothies this is a great alternative!
And did you know that physalis also has a great nutritional value?
It actually supplies you with vitamin B2, B3, B1, A, C, iron, phosphorus and calcium!
